Zedbee Technologies - Regional Sales Manager (7-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Leading the sales for IoT based Building Management solution for the Region assigned
- Network with Decision makers of commercial buildings and maintain long term relationship
- Search for new partners/projects/opportunities in commercial buildings and sell existing and new Zedbee products
- Identify projects at early stage, analyze Building needs and find a solution from Zedbee's product portfolio to apply to those needs
- Provide forecasts on business opportunities through accurate and timely updates to management
- Focus primarily on order booking of the region assigned.
- Fair exposure to building management systems and ability to engineer an energy efficient solution around them
- Communicate with the customer on the specification of the project and accordingly position the solution.
- Analyze market trends and potential.
Qualifications :
Industry and Function :
- Preferably an electronic/electrical engineer with minimum 8-10 years experience of Sales & Business development
- Knowledge of Sales process (Various Commercial Building Segments - Malls, IT parks, Government buildings, Hotels etc.)
- Experience of handling large business of the commercial building segment
Internal Knowledge/Experience :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in Energy Management/Automation/Building management systems
- Expertise in solution selling/software selling
- Networking with Target Clients & working with multiple internal stakeholders
- Internal Sales processes & systems/using CRM systems
