Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
- Optimize pricing strategies and ensure competitive positioning of products across platforms.
- Identify new marketplaces and opportunities for expanding the digital presence of Zebronics products.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and buying trends to identify actionable insights for improving performance.
- Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, presenting them to senior management with insights and recommendations.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs to evaluate the success of strategies.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand pricing strategies, product placements, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, including consumer preferences and emerging e-commerce technologies, to recommend adjustments in sales strategies.
- Partner with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns, including deals, flash sales, and festival-specific offers.
- Build relationships with e-commerce platform representatives to negotiate exclusive deals and promotional placements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure impactful product listings, descriptions, and images.
- Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimum stock levels, preventing stock-outs or overstocking.
- Coordinate inventory forecasting and replenishment based on sales trends and upcoming promotions.
- Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and queries to identify areas for improvement in the online shopping experience.
- Work with customer service teams to resolve escalations and maintain a strong brand reputation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (min of 3+ years) in e-commerce sales, preferably with exposure to marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, or other similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platform operations, including pricing, listings, and promotional strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
