Zebpay - Executive - Technical Support (1-4 yrs)
- Need to handle the technical issues which are raised by the user
- Need to create prototypes, Release note and technical document for an upcoming feature/release.
- Need to provide a demo to the Customer support team as well as another department for the released version.
- Need to monitor all social reviews and comments for our app and get the details of technical issues.
- Fluent written/verbal communication skills
- Working with another department to identify app problems and advising on the solution
- Team player
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.
- Analyzing tickets so you can spot common trends and underlying problems.
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
- Working with field engineers to solve the problem is more serious.
- Find resolutions for common issues on own
- Need to have some knowledge about JIRA/Confluence
- Required to work in rotational shifts to map support timings
- Required to work on weekends basis a rotational roster
- Customer Focussed Issue resolution should be the top priority
