Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their business needs and propose tailored marketing solutions.
- Effectively communicate Zavops' value proposition and unique selling points.
Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
- Present proposals to clients, addressing questions and objections to secure new business.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide market feedback and insights to contribute to the development of Zavops' service offerings.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and projections.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
