Zavops - Assistant Manager - Events & Alliances Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Position Overview:
As the Assistant Manager of Events and Alliances, you will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and managing events and strategic alliance to enhance our agency's brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute a variety of events, including webinars, conferences, workshops, and more.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, and on-site management.
- Develop and manage event budgets and timelines.
- Oversee post-event evaluations and reporting to measure the success of each event.
2. Alliance Development:
- Identify potential strategic partners and alliances that align with our agency's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and establish partnership agreements and collaborative initiatives.
- Leverage alliances to drive business growth and brand recognition.
3. Marketing and Promotion :
- Work with different teams to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and social media content to promote events and alliances.
- Work with our digital marketing teams to maximize event attendance and alliance exposure.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of events and alliances, including key metrics and outcomes.
- Conduct post-event surveys and feedback collection to continuously improve future events.
- Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
5. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining documents and records related to events and alliances.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and promotional strategies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM software, and project management tools.
