ZaranTech - Inside Sale Role (1-3 yrs)
- We are looking for a Inside Sales Representative. Our ideal joinee must have good English communication skills and hands-on inside sales experience in outbound and inbound calls.
Job Description :
1. Attending to the leads on the CRM and updating notes daily.
2. Making outbound calls to individuals/corporations and selling our Online IT training program (knowledge of computers/ web a must).
3. Follow ups through Emails, Calls and SMS. Will go thru rigorous training about product.
4. Making ''Cold call" to leads if required. Explain and Educate them on the training & certification programs and determine candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references.
5. Communicate with prospect leads and trainers on a daily basis.
Requirement :
1. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales and Marketing or Ed-Tech Experience preferred.
2. Experience no bar for suitable candidate.
3. Must have good Sales skills and Excellent English communication skills.
4. Must be comfortable in making cold calls.
