ZappFresh - Retail Sales Head (6-13 yrs)
- Maintain and improve all unit standards, ensuring profitability, sales growth and other agreed targets
- Effectively manage all expenditure in line with P&L requirements
- Assist in setting targets for sites P&L's for the annual budget process
- Identifying key areas for growth and financial improvement
- Ensure security measures and policies relating to cash, stock and assets are implemented effectively
- In conjunction with the Management devise an annual business plan for each business
- Ensure correct Company and legal requirements are met with regard to food safety, hygiene and health & safety thus ensuring customer and employee well-being
- Develop Offline Sales channel in Retail Stores in various products
- Ensure effective delivery of centrally developed products and promotions
- Ensure that best practice is shared with all sites in order that the entire business benefits from successful campaigns
- Ensure continual analysis of sales mix and pricing structures in your units
- Regularly review and drive up selling within area
- Liaise with marketing
- Ensure all sites comply with the customer service initiative driven through NPS and Customer Satisfaction Survey results
- Liaise with the HR team to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered into the business
- To ensure achievement of all company strategic drivers
- Undertake additional areas of responsibility as and when required
- Communicate and deliver to the centrally driven business initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate competitor businesses and general market conditions.
- Undertake any prescribed training as required
- Ensure all Managers receive annual reviews
- Drive team performance at each site
- Identify underperforming locations, stores and develop a plan to address and manage issues effectively
- Encourage managers to seek and continuously develop knowledge to drive the business forward
- To ensure the induction and development of all managers within the teams
