ZappFresh - Executive - CRM (1-3 yrs)
- Needs to be involved in processing a high volume of incoming and outgoing Tickets/Calls.
- Responsible for other modes for communication with Users and managers on job or deadline issues.
- Logging of all incidents accurately, efficiently and comprehensively.
- Assisting customers with functional queries and research assistance.
- Working closely with teams to provide premium service for our customers and to assist in identifying opportunities.
- Improvement of User retention through strong customer focus and attention; track progress on outstanding incidents.
- Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers clearly over call.
- Listening skills to understand exactly what customers require; Problem-solving skills
- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations;
- Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards;
- An ability to work well under pressure.
- Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face to face.
- A commitment to improve your own customer service.
- Should be comfortable getting one week off depends on the duty roster.
