Zapfin Teknologies - Inside Sales Representative - DocBoyz (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate executives for further development and closure
- Record details of sales transactions and generate reports
- Ability to analyze the market and target potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Having basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Experience in handling sales for banks and financial institutions is an added advantage
- Track record of achieving timely targets
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education Qualifications: BE/ BBA/MBA
Years of experience: 1-2 years full time job OR completed Internship in a similar profile
