Zapbuild Technologies - Associate/Senior Associate - Telesales - Outbound Process (0-4 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for Associate/Senior Associate- Customer care/Telesales Services for our International Clients in night shifts only.
Exp: 06 months - 3 yrs
Shifting timings: night
5 days working (Sat & Sun fixed off)
- Outbound Sales process experience is mandatory
- Good in upsellings, negotiations and rebuttals
- Excellent command over English, preferably US accent
- To Solve the queries and provide the best resolution to the customer via Calls or Emails
- Proficient in taking follow ups and educating US compliance
- Demonstrated effective, clear and professional written and oral communication and attention to the detail required.
