Job Title : Business Development Executive/Manager
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager who has a deep understanding of Upwork and experience in lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue through Upwork.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential clients
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new clients through Upwork
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads through Upwork and other channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 0-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of Upwork and experience in lead generation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Experience in the IT industry or with software development projects is a plus
