Your Role and Responsibilities : 

As a Performance Marketing Lead - Zakaas Games, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and growth. You will work closely with business, design, and dev teams to work on different growth experiments and lead - consumer growth & other key business KPIs.

Responsibilities: 

- Take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid)

- Developing and executing online and offline marketing activities, including gamification, digital marketing, on-ground activation, etc. to drive traffic to digital channels

- Define Go to Market Strategy and lead the execution with appropriate budgeting & resources

- Ownership of customer acquisition and engagement marketing campaigns (e.g., paid campaigns, push, email, re-engagement, SEO etc.)

- Recommend and onboard new acquisition channels (over & above Google and Facebook)

- Leverage data to analyse user conversion funnels, cohort behaviour to design experiments that will improve users behaviour and retention.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- 2-5 years in an organic and paid marketing with growth/user acquisition role (preferably B2C)

- Proven track record of executing marketing activities, engagement programs, and running experiments

- Growth hacking mentality: Product led, data-driven, highly creative

- Leadership skills, impactful prioritization of marketing activities, onboarding, and educating others on best practices

- Experience in a B2C App based start-up or a Gaming organization a plus.
