JD:
- Identify, research and target potential business prospects towards increasing market share
- Handling end to end Sales cycle for corporate services.
- Solution portfolio includes employee benefits services, rewards and recognition solutions, expense management.
- The position involves front end meetings with corporate including human resources, finance and the key stake holders of the organization and understand their system and process to introduce our service and prepare a customized proposal offering solutions
- Identifying prospects and closing deals.
- New business development. Identify, research and target potential business prospects towards increasing market share
- To manage sales pipeline.
- Comply with the assigned revenue targets and responsible for profit & loss of the given business line
- Drive new client acquisition.
- Relationship Management with existing clients & retention.
- Develop existing accounts.
