Zaggle - Area Sales Head - Credit Cards (3-10 yrs)
Job Role
1. Strategize Product, manpower, Distribution Mix to achieve business volumes with controlled Cost of Acquisition.
2. Build and manage a strong frontline sales team including Telecallers & Sales Executives.
3. Optimise Frontline Sales productivity to achieve desired cost of acquisition.
4. Penetrate into corporates and MSMEs for corporate / purchase credit cards and expense management solution.
5. Lead business plan and performance management of channel partners, including development and execution of joint sales plans, local area marketing, staff coaching and recruitment.
6. Cross-sell of various VAS product.
Job Requirement
1. Experience in Sales Management & Business Development.
2. Experience in Credit Card business preferred.
3. Should be able to drive and work with a Team reporting.
Eligibility MBA with 2-10 years of experience
