Zaco Computers - Senior Sales Professional/Business Development Manager (2-16 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for the post of Sr. Sales/ Business Development Manager at Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai Location.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Five or more years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, corporate sales, marketing and business development (server and storage hardware and networking equipment).
- Knowledge and understanding of Servers, storage, networking devices and their parts.
- Knowledge of corporate decision-making; and procurement processes.
- Proven track record of achievement in a prior sales position.
- Demonstrate strong closing skills.
- Possess excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Highly dedicated and sales driven with a high degree of personal motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business.
- Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mapping potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- Acquiring maintenance services contracts (AMC of Servers, storage, workstation and networking devices)
- Sales of server, storage, workstations and their parts (HP, IBM, DELL, SUN, EMC etc)
- Sales of networking devices (Cisco, Juniper etc)
- Responsible for business development in the assigned markets by developing and leading the business plans and sales operation plans.
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for Zaco.
- Identify and capitalize on new demand generation opportunities.
- Initiate, develop and close sales orders from new and existing customers.
- Build relationships with key decision makers and promote all available products offered by us.
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work internally cross functionally with other departments to optimize customer experience.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
