Skills required :
- Excellent communication skills in English and in Hindi
- Good use of Google Docs (Documents, Spreadsheet etc.)
- IELTS experience preferred
Ideal candidate :
- Someone with experience as an IELTS counselor
- Responsible individual who doesnt need day-to-day supervision
- Willing to go out of the way to help students
Responsibilities :
- Calling students interested in Yuno's premium program and helping them to enroll in Yuno's courses
- Immediately calling students who have shown interest in Yuno's services
- Answering calls from students who have queries related to IELTS and Yuno services
- Following up with students to ensure they enroll in courses
- Diligently updating the CRM everyday with new information
- Entering daily task and time information in timesheets
- Attending daily/weekly calls with the supervisor
