YumLane - Manager - Trade Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Qwikpik Tech Pvt. Ltd is looking (27-28 yrs old) candidate with high intellect, energy, emotional maturity, strong execution capabilities and people management experience.
As a Leader, the candidate will share the vision of establishing the brand "Yumlane" as the first on-the go Food category with retailers & shoppers.
S/he will own the goal of making Mumbai as the first model market and needs high level of creativity to transforming our presence at the " Point of Sale".
This category is expected to to change out of home consumption and the incumbent is expected to bring in high levels of creative thinking to differentiate the category / brand at the Point of Sale.
S/he will have to co-own the deliverable with Senior Sales Manager and closely work with the sales team to win at the Point of Sale.
The immediate expectations will be to garner relevant retailer / shopper insights, and implement 3-4 winner retail/shopper engagement programs and differentiate the category through messaging and merchandize.
He will co-own the target for all program outlets & 12 lakh boxes target/month by Mar 2018. In his/her leadership capacity, s/he will be responsible to support both Retail and Modern Trade channels.
The incumbent must be an MBA from a premier Institute.
