Yulu - Customer Success Specialist (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
The Customer Success specialist is responsible to maximize customer satisfaction by strengthening the customer support function:
- Be the primary ambassador for customers' point of view and interests and drive that behavior in the organization
- Review the existing customer support process, advise improvements, implement changes within timeline and set up best practices
- Manage and respond to the day-to-day issues and enquiries related to customer support in the ticketing system, emails, phone, messaging etc.
- Identify root causes for customer issues and grievances. Advise operations and tech on resolutions and lead projects where necessary
- Maintain a high rating from customers on issues resolved and a high Net Promoter Score
- Contribute in setting up a center of excellence
- Keep the organization and management informed of status, progress and plans.
Job Experience & Skill Requirement:
- Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proven customer support or customer service experience with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and collaborate with team to support customer success
- Active listening, excellent oral/written communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook; familiarity with CRM system experience is a plus
