Responsibilities :
1. Monitoring and Managing a field team
2. Coordination and execution of events with partners/ Rallies etc
3. Responsible for monthly targets to be achieved by the team
4. Ensuring Cost and process optimisation
Qualifications :
1. Qualification - Graduate
2. Excellent problem-solving capabilities, judgment, communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving workplace;
4. Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity and
5. Must be able to travel
6. Previous experience of managing team required
