Role :
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Formulating strategy for acquiring various categories of institutions (corporates and colleges.)
- Generating leads and acquiring new institutional clients.
- Educating potential clients on importance of emotional well-being
- Creating various documents required for closing the deal
- Traveling for making the presentations for sales and relationship management
- Formulating strategy for acquiring various categories of institutions (corporates and colleges.)
- Maintaining relationships with clients
Requirements :
- Graduation/ Post Graduation
Prior Sales Experience of 2-6 years in one of the following areas:
- Selling preventive healthcare packages to corporates
- Selling Counselling/ Mental wellness services
- Selling HR management services/ tools
- Must have owned substantial individual sales targets and delivered them in the past. The compensation must have had a fairly significant portion of performance based component.
- Polished personality, excellent written and verbal communication for presenting to CXOs, Senior Management at colleges and corporates.
- Should genuinely care about emotional well-being space
- A knowledge of psychology is a plus
This role is for someone who is energetic, empathetic but also very organized such that he/she can reach out to leads, do extensive follow-ups to acquire as well as maintain relationships
