YourDOST - Manager - Customer Success (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Owning up the B2B accounts and making sure clients is having weekly/monthly access to the reporting to understand the impact.
- Providing overall support to the clients by ensuring that all queries & concerns however they come in (phone, e-mail) are addressed quickly & efficiently.
- Designing and executing programs(online or offline) to increase engagement among YourDOST B2B Clientele
- Arranging for all logistical things required for smooth functioning of various B2B accounts.
Requirement :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Experience in organizing events
- Good knowledge of MS office(MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to be able to speak other languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi is a plus
