What we are looking for :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success - Lead (3+ years experience) who will be responsible for managing YourDOST B2B Clientele. This role is for someone who is creative but also very organized such that he/she can setup and optimize processes, do extensive follow ups and measure impact.
Responsibilities :
- Formulating a strategy for servicing various categories of institutions (corporates, colleges, hospitals, government etc.)
- Increasing renewal rates, driving adoption, improving customer satisfaction, expanding current business and cultivate YourDOST advocates to generate new business.
- Maintaining relationships and increasing engagement among YourDOST B2B Clientele
- Reporting the performance to all stakeholders with appropriate dashboards and tools for management.
- Designing and executing campaigns to spread awareness about employee well-being
- Owning up the B2B accounts and making sure client has a delightful experience
- Providing overall support to the clients by ensuring that all queries & concerns however they come in (phone, e-mail) are addressed quickly & efficiently.
- Traveling and meeting the clients to understand the problems they are trying to solve and building solutions accordingly
Requirements :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English)
- Team Management skills
- Experience in organising events
- Prior Account Management Experience of 3-4 years in one of the following area : Managing preventive healthcare packages for corporates (eg. Max Healthcare, Apollo etc.)
- Prior Account Management Experience of 3-4 years in one of the following area: Managing Counselling/Mental wellness services (eg. 1-to-1 help, other EAP service providers in India)
- Should genuinely care about emotional well-being space
