YourDOST - Community Manager (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Create content for social media, newsletters etc.
- Create online and offline events for community engagement.
- Create simple assessments and activities for self-improvement.
- Create structured self-help and habit building programs.
- Writing all forms of content (text, audio, video) for all channels of YourDOST.
- Writing research backed articles, whitepapers, books etc based on primary and secondary data.
- Coming up with amazing copy for headlines, email subject, posters, campaigns etc.
Requirements :
- Strong knowledge or a background in psychology/ coaching (degree doesn't matter).
- Very very very creative (probably the only requirement for this role - rest can be learnt or taken help of)
- Proven creativity in college/ job - esp around events/ activities/ content creation.
