Your Physio - Associate - Performance Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- A Performance Marketing associate is expected to ideate, execute, manage and optimize acquisition campaigns. This includes optimizing acquisition channels & landing pages for maximizing lead quality, while delivering the required volume of leads within the budget.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels to keep us ahead of the crowd.
- Keep track of competitor movement and market situation to make faster decisions and improvements.
The Impact you will have :
- Manage the paid media channels to keep top of the funnel healthy and growing.
- Bring in new ideas to the team and create a set of best practices which can be replicated in the future.
- Month on month reduction in customer acquisition costs while ensuring that the lead flow keeps up with the growth aspirations of the company

Skills Required : Campaign Budget Management, Creative thinking, Data Analysis, Experience with tools like Google Adwords Editor, Keyword tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, FB / Instagram / Twitter Ads, Youtube Ads, etc.
Eligibility Criteria: Min. 1 year of experience in performance marketing. Agency experience is preferred.
