Youkraft - Content Manager (5-7 yrs)
- The profile's daily responsibilities will include writing content briefs, plans, annual content calendar and managing the content execution, therefore creativity and leadership skills are essential to this role.
- Taking charge at the crossroads of design, content and marketing strategy, the Content Manager will be the one point contact for getting impactful market communications within strict timelines.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns and show urgency in suggesting measures to improve/ accelerate response rates.
- Meet org goals in generating content-led conversions and lead generation. Coordinating goals with department heads responsible for enacting a marketing strategy
- Oversee a content production team's creation and management of targeted content for the company's app & website
- Develop a web content strategy that encompasses the goals of Youkraft and aligns with the company's GTM plan
- Cross functioning within a team. This role will work very closely with the creative team- graphic designers, Social and video leads etc
Knowledge :
- Someone who has a passion for thumb-stopping, attention-grabbing & engaging content plans/strategies and above all an in-depth knowledge of channels of communication, with understanding of the e-commerce platform
- Adept at working in the dynamic e-commerce environment
- Excellent verbal and communication skills and ability to articulate ideas effectively
- Basic knowledge of adtech/martech landscape, understanding the media/ advertising/digital landscape would be an added advantage
Requirements :
- A minimum 5 years of work experience. You will need to have a proven record of creating effective content strategy for multitude of audiences and meeting deadlines.
- Requires experience in social content specifically as this will be more than 60% of content posted
- To hold this position, you need to have a minimum PG/MBA degree in marketing communication and an e-commerce experience.
