YouCare - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Key Deliverables :
1) Identify potential growth opportunity and prepare strategy for their execution.
2) Monitoring key metrics related to regional capacity and translating insights into actionable deliverable.
3) Cross functional team co-ordination for execution of expansion related projects.
4) Recommend actionable on customer feedback for product optimisation.
5) Resource planning and mobilisation for a smooth execution.
6) Mobilisation of students for our Training & Certification program.
7) On-boarding of the students in designated region.
8) Coordination with school/colleges for ATL/BTL activities in designated region.
9) Planning, organizing and delivery of Job Fairs at college level and interaction with relevant stakeholders.
10) Handling all documentation for collection of payment from customers and ensuring all SOP`s are met and adhered to.
11) Liaison with Training Team for feedback and recruitment status.
Desired Candidate profile :
1) Min 1 year Experience in business development or similar fields. Freshers can also apply if they believe they need a platform to grow from.
2) Previous Experience in Launching operations in New cities.
3) Experience of a growing start up.
4) Prior experience in Team and Project Management
Required Qualification:-
1) Graduation.
2) Working knowledge of English. Regional language understanding will be a plus.
