YOLO - Telesales Role (3-5 yrs)
Position : Telesales Representative

Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of achieving high conversion rates (20%+) from provided leads.
- Ability to handle 40 leads per day and achieve a daily sales target of 80k.
- Availability from 2 PM to 11 PM.
- Competitive Salary and Incentives!
- Base salary : 35k
- Lucrative incentive structure: 7.5% (1.8 lacs annually)
Selection Process :
1 Initial resume filtration.
2 Telephonic interview.
3 Video call interview.
4 Task-based assessment.
5 Final one-on-one interview for formalities.
