Job Description :

YoHo Designs seeks a dynamic and motivated Design Sales Associate to join our team. As a Design Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting our brand's products and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the interior design industry and contribute to the success and growth of our company.

Responsibilities :

1. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized design solutions and product recommendations.

2. Sales Generation : Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue opportunities.

3. Product Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing. Stay informed about industry trends, design styles, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.

4. Design Consultation : Assist customers with design consultations, including space planning, color coordination, and product selection. Collaborate with customers to create customized design solutions that meet their aesthetic preferences and functional needs.

5. Order Processing : Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and warehouse, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

6. Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

7 . Merchandising : Assist with merchandising tasks, such as product displays, signage placement, and showroom organization, to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment.

8. Administrative Tasks : Perform various administrative tasks, including inventory management, sales reporting, and documentation of customer interactions, to support overall operations.

9. Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, such as design consultants, sales associates, and management, to achieve collective goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.

10. Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and self-study to enhance knowledge and skills.
