Job Description :
- Drive Sales KPI ( Mandy, Bill Cut, TLSD, LPC)
- Distribution Expansion
- Implement right GTM in the market
- Knowledge about BTL activations
- Implement business Hygiene | Distributor overdue | Market over due | Claim submission etc
- Increasing and regulating sales of the company's sales.
- Setting and reaching the sales target for the area under your responsibility.
- Fulfilling and servicing the needs of existing customers.
- Finding potential business opportunities in the market.
- Developing various sales strategies and implementing the same.
- Collecting customer feedback and facilitating market research.
- Keeping up to date with various products and competitors and reporting to the senior managers.
Ideal Candidate :
- Good communication skills
- Sound knowledge about the geography
- Sales Experience in Food Industry is mandatory
- General Trade Experience.
