Job Description

- Achieve the decided target every month

- Work with the Team lead to develop ways to convert the leads

- Share USPs on the products and showcase the benefits

- Maintaining timely follow-ups with the students and loan providers.

- Helping students in understanding the best-suited loan option for them.

- Guiding them through the entire process.

- Following the loan process criteria from login till disbursement.

- Focus on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.

- Assist team members with general queries

- Build a referral stream from students

- Should have complete knowledge about the Loan Product & how it works with each provider.

Requirements :

- Should have 1.5-4 years of experience in sales or as a loan advisor.

- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.

- Should be confident to handle student queries and provide timely and efficient solutions.

- Candidate should have good presentation, client-facing, and counseling skills with a pleasing and convincing personality
