Responsibilities and Duties

- The responsibilities include but are not limited to Sales, Marketing, Team Handling, Client Servicing etc.

- Make marketing strategies and execute.

- Achieve the Financial goals set by the company.

- Follow-up and coordination with a team of other branches for day-to-day operations.

- Plan and execute business strategies.

- Creating and publishing various reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

- Analyse the training needs of the team and execute the same.

- Handling internal and external stakeholders.

- Resolve the issues related to clients.

- Ensure a smooth day-to-day schedule in the studio.

- Act as guide, leader and mentor for the team.
