Position Summary:

Experienced and proactive Business Development Manager with a strong background in business analysis and business development. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating sales processes, managing teams, and ensuring seamless product/service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and streamline sales processes, ensuring efficiency and a process-oriented approach.

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets and deliverables are met.

- Conduct product and service demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure in-depth understanding and seamless delivery of our product - offerings.

- Generate leads and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline.

- Engage in client interactions, with a preference for handling international clients.

- Document and maintain records related to sales activities, client interactions, and leads.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.

- Drive product and service sales through strategic planning and execution.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 7+ years in sales coordination, business analysis, or business development roles.

Skills:

- Proven experience in team management.

- Expertise in product and service sales, including coordination.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sharp IQ and strong problem-solving abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of our product and service portfolio.

- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

- Process-oriented with a keen attention to detail.

- Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion.

- Ability to manage and nurture relationships with both domestic and international clients.
