- Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales in Gurgaon in the Residential market.
- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
- Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Relevant Experience in the Real estate sector
- Manage client queries on the phone and convert tele-conversation into personal meetings.
- Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets
- Provide the best possible solution to customers.
- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Negotiate terms and close the deal.
- Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
