Key Responsibilities :
1) Outbound Calling : Conduct outbound calls to leads generated by the marketing team using provided scripts and guidelines.
2) Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our franchise offerings and be able to clearly and persuasively convey information to potential leads.
3) Lead Qualification : Assess and qualify the interest and potential of leads based on their responses and engagement during calls.
4) Conversion : Implement effective sales techniques to convert qualified leads into franchise partners, meeting or exceeding conversion targets.
5) Follow-Up : Perform follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
6) Reporting : Maintain accurate records of call interactions, lead statuses, and outcomes using CRM software. Provide regular updates and reports on call metrics and conversion rates.
