Yewale Amruttulya - Senior Sales Executive (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership : Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the in-house sales team, including setting clear objectives, coaching for success, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
2. Sales Strategy Development : Work closely with the franchise sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close franchise deals.
3. Sales Execution : Lead by example by actively engaging in sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure, to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Team Development : Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of franchise offerings, ensuring they are equipped to effectively represent the brand and deliver results.
5. Performance Management : Monitor the performance of the in-house sales team, analyze sales data and metrics, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement and goal attainment.
6. Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of franchise sales initiatives.
7. Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness in franchise sales operations, leveraging insights from team members and stakeholders.
8. Reporting and Analysis : Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, conversion rates, and other key metrics, and present findings to Sales Head to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
