- Strategize with the Franchise Development Team to set lead generation targets and provide qualified leads.

Launch Planning & Execution :
- Draft comprehensive plans for outlet openings, including pre-launch, launch day, and post-launch strategies.
- Develop new product launch plans and track their performance through detailed marketing reports.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management :
- Execute multi-channel campaigns ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage content updates, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.
Market Insights & Customer Engagement :
- Gather and analyze customer and market insights to improve outreach strategies and increase customer conversions.
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, PPC campaigns, event management, and social media.
Content Creation & Performance Analysis :
- Produce engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts target groups.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to gain insights and assess against goals.
Budget Management :
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring efficient fund allocation.
Strategic Partnerships :
- Build relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
Team Leadership & Development :
- Mentor and train subordinates, ensuring the execution of marketing activities and SOPs at both outlet and corporate levels.
- Conduct daily team meetings and prepare monthly marketing calendars
