Yewale Amruttulya - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Franchise Lead Generation : Proactively identify and qualify prospective franchisees through various channels such as inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, networking events, and industry referrals.
2. Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with potential franchise candidates by understanding their business goals, addressing concerns, and providing personalized guidance throughout the franchise exploration process.
3. Franchise Presentations : Deliver compelling and informative presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits, support, and profitability of our franchise model By On call meeting, Zoom meeting or Physical meeting.
4. Sales Negotiation : Engage in negotiations with prospective franchisees regarding terms, fees, and contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
5. Franchise Development Support : Collaborate with the franchise development team to facilitate the onboarding process for new franchisees, providing assistance with paperwork, training, and initial setup.
6. Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify target regions and territories for franchise expansion, staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
7. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead pipelines, and conversion rates using CRM software, and provide regular reports to Sales Head on sales performance and progress towards goals.
8. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the franchise sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to overall business growth.
