Yewale Amruttulya - Assistant Manager - Sales (5-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Field Team Leadership : Provide leadership and direction to the field sales team, including setting clear goals, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
2. Sales Strategy Implementation : Work closely with the franchise sales leadership to execute sales strategies, tactics, and initiatives aimed at generating leads, converting prospects, and expanding the franchise network.
3. Team Development : Coach, mentor, and train field sales representatives to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of franchise offerings, ensuring they are equipped to effectively represent the brand and drive results.
4. Performance Management : Monitor the performance of the field sales team, analyze sales data and metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Develop action plans and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
5. Field Support : Accompany field sales representatives on client visits, presentations, and negotiations as needed to provide support, share expertise, and facilitate the sales process.
6. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees, key stakeholders, and industry partners to foster trust, collaboration, and business growth opportunities.
7. Sales Reporting : Generate regular reports on field sales activities, pipeline status, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators. Present findings to Sales Head and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
8. Process Optimization : Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness in franchise sales operations.
