YES SECURITIES - Customer Engagement Officer (2-5 yrs)
- Serves customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining database, Cross selling Customer Other Products offered by the organization.
- Ensure achievement of customers satisfaction in respect of services and query resolution. Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- To understand and appreciate customers point of view and to build relationships with customers to ensure positive and mutually satisfying interactions.
- Should be able to do Cross Sell of Product offerings of the Organization
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Transparency in communication, self-motivation. Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
- Client life cycle management
- Regular update to clients about product offering
- Education Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline
- Education / Certification needed : NISM Certified Series VII
- Specialist functional Exposure needed : Knowledge of equity markets/ capital markets, Knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Specific Sector Experience required : Equity Dealer / Equity RM/ Customer Service from PMS.
