YelloSKYE - Junior Sales/Business Development Role (3-5 yrs)
SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT POSITION
- YelloSKYE is an Aerial Intelligence Company that delivers "Ground Truth to the Desktop". YelloSKYE digitizes the construction life cycle of real estate and infrastructure assets and delivers analytics for the construction industry.
- YelloSKYE capture's data primarily with drones and other sensors. It layers of value by using custom built algorithms, machine learning and graphic processing software on a combination of its own state of the art cloud computing platform and a partner Third Party platform.
- We will deliver 2D & 3D digital models, high resolution aerial views and other valuable information of our client's assets. In addition we also create World Class Videos, Virtual Tours and other Aerial Intelligence. This enables them to gather incredible insights for monitoring construction, the quality and assurance levels of the asset, error identification, measure and compare critical points, adherence to safety protocols, have a conversation with stakeholders, and many more value added features. In addition clients' can download data in industry standard formats which can be used in AUTOCad and other BIM Software to integrate into their internal workflows.
- YelloSKYE is in the midst of closing its first round of funding (Seed Round). It is looking to aggressively add value and build a professional world class organization. Sales / Business Development position will be a critical hire as he / she will work closely with Head of Sales, Senior Leadership and other internal & external stakeholders to make YelloSKYE No 1 in the Industry.

OVERVIEW :
- We are looking for a Sales / Business Development position to support and execute on sales related activities. Success will be based on client satisfaction, innovation & creating value in YelloSKYE.
- The Sales / Business Development position will be expected to face off to clients on all aspects of YelloSKYE. Being a start up the candidate will be required to interact with clients across the sales cycle including the generation of leads and build solid client relationships. The candidate along with the team will ensure the execution of the strategy across social media requirements, follow up and ensure YelloSKYE meets & beats client expectations and finally represent YelloSKYE in external events.
- We expect the candidate to be well-versed in current technological trends and the Real Estate / Infrastructure Business. The candidate will also communicate with internal & external stakeholders and customers. Excellent Communication skills are critical to the success of the candidate and ultimately the aggressive growth strategy & YelloSKYE.
REQUIREMENTS :
- The Sales & Business Development position will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation. YelloSKYE is looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, resilient, willing to take responsibility, and extremely disciplined. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers .
- Identifies business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Conduct outbound calls/email/social media to prospective and existing business customers to enhance sales.
- Conducting research into existing & potential clients to personalize prospecting efforts
- Competitor analysis & positioning against them
- Establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities and working with the senior team to close.
- Maintaining regular and documented contact with existing customer base, building relationships and developing new accounts.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities, new business & financial targets
- Able to research and build detailed understanding of the customer environment and sector
- Able to follow up with potential leads and understand their pain points
- Work with other teams to meet & beat client expectations
- Work with senior leadership & the Head of Sales to building a social media profile and using that to enhance digital selling
- Be a business consultant to new clients providing insights and advice, with the ability to interact with different business profiles and sectors
- Help new clients master YelloSKYE systems and platforms so that they can be self-sufficient and integrate YelloSKYE's platform efficiently
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong communication skills essential as the candidate will interact with clients, senior management, the Board, overseas and other consultants, business associates and varying levels of technical and managerial staff
- Extensive commercial "solutions" and negotiating skills and experience including preparing and closing documented client service agreements
- Self-starter self-disciplined and target focussed but able to work in a team matrix environment.
- Demonstrates drive, passion and flexibility. Works well under pressure. Possesses integrity and honesty.
- Ability to learn and sell complex geospatial solutions to Real Estate and Infrastructure clients.
- Liaise with technical, commercial and legal functions within bPosioth client companies and YelloSKYE
- Sales skills i.e. Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building, etc
- Strong, in-depth analytical skill
- Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
- Account Mapping & Social Selling ability
- Disciplined to ensure updation of CRM, follow up with Clients and working with teams to manage exceptions to deliverables of ongoing orders.
- Educational Qualification : MBA/PGDM
