YelloSKYE - Executive - Sales & Development (2-4 yrs)
REQUIREMENTS
- The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation. YelloSKYE is looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, resilient, willing to take responsibility, and extremely disciplined. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers .
- Identifies business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Conduct outbound calls/email/social media to prospective and existing business customers to enhance sales.
- Conducting research into existing & potential clients to personalize prospecting efforts
- Competitor analysis & positioning against them
- Establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities and working with the senior team to close.
- Maintaining regular and documented contact with existing customer base, building relationships and developing new accounts.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities, new business & financial targets
- Able to research and build detailed understanding of the customer environment and sector
- Able to follow up with potential leads and understand their pain points
- Work with other teams to meet & beat client expectations
- Work with senior leadership & the Head of Sales to building a social media profile and using that to enhance digital selling
- Be a business consultant to new clients providing insights and advice, with the ability to interact with different business profiles and sectors
- Help new clients master YelloSKYE systems and platforms so that they can be self-sufficient and integrate YelloSKYE's platform efficiently
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong communication skills essential as the candidate will interact with clients, senior management, the Board, overseas and other consultants, business associates and varying levels of technical and managerial staff
- Extensive commercial "solutions" and negotiating skills and experience including preparing and closing documented client service agreements
- Self-starter self-disciplined and target focussed but able to work in a team matrix environment.
- Demonstrates drive, passion and flexibility. Works well under pressure. Possesses integrity and honesty.
- Ability to learn and sell complex geospatial solutions to Real Estate and Infrastructure clients.
- Liaise with technical, commercial and legal functions within both client companies and YelloSKYE
- Sales skills i.e. Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building, etc
- Strong, in-depth analytical skill
- Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
- Account Mapping & Social Selling ability
- Disciplined to ensure updation of CRM, follow up with Clients and working with teams to manage exceptions to deliverables of ongoing orders.
Educational Qualification : MBA/PGDM
