Roles & Responsibilities :
- Introductory call : On onboarding of a new client, the Social Media Executive is expected to contribute in understanding the brand story from the client during the introductory call and is responsible to create a sheet of standard questions to structure the same, however during the call, customize the questions as per the brand.
- Asset Collection & Archive : Maintain the drive with all assets shared by the client. She/He is requested to make timely additions to the drive. The initiation of asset collection from the client will be done by the Social Media Manager.
- Activity breakdown and execution sheet for verticals: For each vertical (Vertical: Social Media, PR, Influencer), an executive is expected to break down the tasks in the master sheet and progress has to be maintained. This has to be done as per the mandate shared by the respective Social Media Manager.
- Monthly brain storming and ideation: Lead the creative team after they are onboarded onto the brand. She/He is expected to initiate, structure and deliver the ideation deck.
- Weekly task maintenance: To maintain the weekly task-list with timelines for each vertical and the dashboard. (WIP sheet and the Dashboard on the master sheet). The timeline communication to the client will be done by the respective manager and you are expected to fill in the space in absence of the Manager.
- Platform Organic Growth: To maintain the page hygiene of the social pages and work on growing the organic followers and engagement rates. This includes developing an appropriate hashtag strategy, reposting relevant post, comment on tags and also experimenting with the various growth strategies.
- Online Reputation Management: An executive is responsible for Online Reputation management of the brand. She/He is expected to take part in Online discussions and respond to comments in a timely fashion, only after receiving an approval from the client on email.
- Competitive Analysis: Maintain a proper sheet/document for competitive analysis. This includes trend mapping as well.
- Platform Trend Mapping, topicals and moment marketing: Capitalize on the new platform features and to stay alert and capitalize on trends with topical and moment marketing posts.
Feedback maintenance: Responsible to limit the feedback loop to not more than 3 rounds of changes. The Manager is expected to enforce this with the client without hurting their sentiment.
- Basic reporting: Responsible to maintain month on month social media performance reports.
Social Media Content Creation :
- Set the tonality and mood of the brand.
- Referencing for copy and design tonality for the brand
- Initiating and structuring the ideation document. The same can be modified by your manager and writers
- Maintaining a social-media-days calendar
- Coordinating with the design team and the copy team
- Deliver the content deck in time to the client
- Upload and repost the posts, comment on tags and experiment to develop hashtag strategy
- Keep a track of the daily trends, new platform features and implement the same
- Innovate and experiment concepts for topical posts
- Maintain month-on-month performance report
- Deliver media requirements in regards to creatives
