Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Manage and grow social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to optimize social media strategies and tactics
- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns
- Monitor social media analytics and report on performance, including growth, engagement, and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
