Job Description :

As a Sales Manager at YDegree, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategies to increase enrollments, and fostering relationships with potential students and partners. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and helping more individuals achieve financial empowerment and entrepreneurial success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies : Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed enrollment targets. Identify new market opportunities and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.

- Lead and Manage Sales Team : Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure team success.

- Build Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential students, educational partners, and industry stakeholders. Conduct presentations and webinars to promote YDegree's programs and mission.

- Analyze Market Trends : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Collaborate Across Departments : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to student acquisition and retention.

- Optimize Sales Processes : Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement CRM systems and other technologies to streamline operations.

- Budget Management : Oversee the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or edtech sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience in recruiting, training, and developing a sales team.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and build rapport with diverse audiences.

- Analytical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis and market research. Ability to interpret sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.

- Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Passion for Education : A genuine interest in education and personal development. Understanding of the stock trading and entrepreneurship landscape in India is an advantage.
