Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at YDegree, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategies to increase enrollments, and fostering relationships with potential students and partners. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and helping more individuals achieve financial empowerment and entrepreneurial success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and target potential clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and training centers.

- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our EdTech solutions.

- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within educational institutions.

- Needs Analysis : Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and requirements, and propose tailored solutions.

- Sales Negotiations : Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals.

- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.

Qualifications :

- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the EdTech or technology sector.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of the education market and its unique challenges.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
