- We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our logistics team as a Customer Support Representative with an added focus on client management. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-year of experience in logistics support, strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables), and fluency in English and Hindi.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems with shipments and deliveries
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate updates to customers regarding the status of their orders
- Act as a Control tower bridging between the warehouse team and customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer service database
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics support
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
- Good Communication Skills and Hindi would be added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Any degree or equivalent
