Yavanna Software - Outbound Sales Agent (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that the company can offer to prospects
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
- Keep record of outbound call history and customers response in detail
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
- Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
- Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous working experience in Outbound Sales preferably in software products
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
- Proficiency with computers, like CRM software, and strong typing skills
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Open to night shift
