Yaps N Belly - Manager - Online Sales (5-8 yrs)
- Devise and plan the long-term agenda for the online channel.
- Marketing & Promotions, online deals and online exclusive launch, define sales & lead generation strategies, product cataloging and creating sales.
- Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
- Manage overall operation of ecommerce sales.
- Responsible for category wise sales, target achievements, bottom line & top line sales.
- Responsible for P&L for individual account, working with sales, merchandising and support team to ensure revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Maintain the planned Inventory and reduce overdue AR as per defined target, Coordinate with Warehouse & SCM teams for efficient inventory control.
- Pre/Post sales service support pertaining to customer service.
- Responsible for stocks requirement planning and stock forecasting, customer billing at the state level based on trends and past results.
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech with MBA
Professional Experience: Min. 5 yrs. in required field in Health & Protein Supplements segment

- Candidate with Digital Sales and Marketing background.
- Good networking and creating channels for activation and increasing the sales quota.
- Create proposals for new leads, manage the sales pipeline, promotions and close the deals.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, especially in B2C products and their business sales.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Young, energetic and creative. Go-getter attitude and strong focus driven.
