Job Title: Team Leader - Inside Sales (Online MBA Programs)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader for our Inside Sales team to oversee the promotion and sale of our online MBA programs offered by leading universities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive a team towards achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales skills of team members.

- Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback to improve effectiveness.

Sales Strategy and Execution :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for online MBA programs.

- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for potential students.

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Performance Monitoring :

- Set individual and team sales targets, track performance, and report on key metrics.

- Use CRM tools to monitor and analyze sales activities and pipeline.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Engagement :

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer relationships.

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the sales process and product offerings.
