Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The Sales Trainer will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and motivation needed to effectively promote and sell our online MBA programs. The role will involve comprehensive product training, sales pitching techniques, teleselling strategies, and ongoing support to ensure our team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive product training sessions to educate sales team members on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our online MBA programs.

- Develop and deliver effective sales pitching techniques tailored to different customer segments and sales scenarios.

- Implement teleselling best practices to optimize conversion rates and enhance customer engagement during sales calls.

- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and resources to support continuous learning and development within the sales team.

- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs, address performance gaps, and provide coaching and feedback to enhance individual and team performance.

- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt training programs and sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in education or related fields.

- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, teleselling strategies, and customer relationship management.

- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve sales targets and performance goals.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Relevant certifications in sales training or coaching would be advantageous.
